He has signed with Stéphane Glacier a series of works in the confectionery field. Is an external partner of the „Stéphane Glacier“ School in Bucharest. He works in the confectionery for over two decades. He had a rich professional career, working in the confectionery of a restaurant rewarded by the Michelin Guide, as well as in several luxury hotels in Florida (USA). Currently owns a pastry boutique in Lorient (France).
