He succeeded the famous Belgian chocolatier Pierre Marcolini, which brought him the international recognition. He worked at a five-star hotel in UK, then returned to France and worked at a restaurant rewarded with Michelin stars. In 2001, he opened his own business in Brittany. He is a well-known confectioner, pastry and chocolatier, appreciated all over the world thanks to his creations for combining the taste, appearance and originality.
