After a degree in fashion and creation, the passion for pastry and confectionery made her to find out the gourmet world. She learned in the biggest luxury hotels in France, has improved his work technique with famous international chefs and won many culinary contests. He is one of the most famous and appreciated trainers thanks of his different and original style.
